Eden Area ROP

Welcome to the ROP (Regional Occupational Program)! Our high school ROP programs offer students unique opportunities to explore various career paths and gain valuable hands-on experience in fields like healthcare, technology, culinary arts, automotive repair, and more. Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical training, students learn real-world skills that prepare them for college, careers, and beyond. Our ROP programs are designed to help students discover their passions, develop marketable skills, and build a strong foundation for their future. We are committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment where every student can thrive and achieve their goals.

Many of our courses are University of California A-G approved and have articulation agreements with community colleges where students can earn college credit through successful completion of the course. Additionally, we cultivate relationships with business partners that create opportunities for internships and other innovative work-based learning activities.

The Eden Area ROP is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. As a Career Technical Education provider, the Eden Area ROP partners with Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts to strengthen and broaden the students’ educational experience.
