Health & Wellness
Health and wellness are vital components of a student's overall success in high school. At this stage of their development, students face many physical, emotional, and social changes, making it essential to prioritize their well-being. A focus on health and wellness helps students manage stress, improve concentration, and boost their academic performance. It also promotes positive social interactions and builds healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
