(Classroom volunteers only need an application packet and TB clearance.)

Step 1: Volunteer completes and returns the Volunteer Application Packet to the School Office Manager. .

Step 2: Volunteer gets TB test and returns results to Office Manager(volunteer must pay $61 fee).

Step 3: Once the completed application is approved by the school administrator, volunteer will receive the Fingerprint Authorization Form. Volunteer is to contact the Parent Resource Center (723-3857 ext. 34102) to schedule an appointment for Live Scan fingerprinting.

Here’s what to expect at your fingerprinting appointment:

 The appointment should take about 15 minutes

 You must have a signed Fingerprint Authorization Form

 You must have acceptable form (s) of identification

 You will be photographed for your volunteer badge

 The charge for fingerprint processing is $61. 00

(Cash, money orders and personal checks are accepted)
